Conan's Notebook

Conan writes his notes in Japanese primarily, but also uses shorthand and personal abbreviations. He will diagram and draw arrows, and sometimes insert English words or other languages if relevant. It's not trying to be coded, but it's pretty difficult to read unless you have some idea of the subject matter at hand.
